MOBILITY & STRETCHING
A lot of our programmes include a lot of facilitated stretches and weighted mobility drills taught by a world renowned gymnastic coach - Christopher Sommer from Gymnasticbodies. For most adults who suffered from muscle stiffness for their entire life, we can provide the best solution based around methods given by Gymnasticbodies in our one-on-one classes!
As personal trainers, results are important, and what would ensure 90% of your results will begin in your own kitchen and take initiative to change your eating habits. We would offer both basic and advance nutritional advice for different levels of clients who start their fitness journey.
